Chocolate Pudding

Today, I wanted to share one of the quickest chocolate desserts to make with no baking required (and it still is fantastic, I promise!). Because it is so easy, you can make it anytime you'd like something sweet for desserts!

Ingredients (for 2 people)
36g, cane sugar
20g, corn starch
16g, unsweetened cocoa powder
500ml, whole milk (you can use 2% too)

1. Put all the dry ingredients in a pot. With a whisk, slowly add the milk and stir.

2. Bring this mix to a boil while stirring regularly: the chocolate milk will thicken and take a creamy consistency.

3. You're done! Fill ramequins with the chocolate pudding. Let it cool at room temperature and then place in the fridge for at least 2 hours!

I always thought chocolate pudding was hard to make, but this is so simple and doesn't have any of the weird stuff you find in grocery-store pudding. I hope you try and enjoy this recipe!
