Valrhona Chocolate Gluten-Free Cake

This is the most delicious chocolate cake we've ever tried! And even if you're not gluten-free, you won't believe how delicious this chocolate cake. Crafted in the heart of Provence by a family company established in 1833, it is made using the finest Valrhona chocolate, butter, and almonds. It has a fine and moist texture, similar to corn bread, and a rich chocolate taste. Its unique packaging (in a tin) ensures it keeps fresh for a long time without the use of any preservatives.

While this cake is gluten-free, you would never know by tasting it! The recipe was crafted to be gluten-free from the start, instead of trying to fit an original recipe to be made gluten-free. The almonds provide a delicious flavor and texture to this cake, reminding us of a chocolate macaron.

This chocolate and almonds cake is perfect to keep in your pantry for when guests arrive with short notice or when a sweet craving hits. It is delicious on its own or served with ice cream, or a fruit salad.

Once opened, place remaining of cake in plastic wrap and enjoy within 3-4 days for best results.
