Where do you ship your products?
We are currently shipping to the 48 contiguous states and Canada. Please contact us directly if you live somewhere else and are craving our sweets & treats.
I made a mistake in my order, what can I do?
Oops! We know that this happens to everyone. Our orders usually ship within a few hours during regular business days, but send us an email right away and we'll do everything we can to fix it!
Do you ship chocolate products over the summer?
While we will stop shipping chocolate bars in June, we will continue to ship chocolate cookies throughout the summer. We will do our best to prevent chocolate from melting, but unfortunately, we have no control over the ambient temperature while in transit. If you suspect that the chocolate may have melted, please place your cookies in the fridge for an hour before enjoying them!
