Why Noemie’s Pantry?

We are an online e-boutique with a focus on bringing the best French sweets & treats to this side of the pond. Founded by Noémie, a French girl from Paris, our selection includes the most traditional French food that French people actually eat! We focus on high-quality treats, which have been popular by generations of French people.

Are your products imported from France?

Yes, almost all of our products are imported from France and are curated by Noémie. The only exceptions are our meat products. They are prepared in Canada to follow USDA and FDA laws, following traditional French recipes.

Where is Noemie’s Pantry located?

All of our sweets & treats ship out of our French pantry located in central Connecticut, just a short drive from New York City.

I am new to Noemie’s Pantry and I don’t know what to order…

We think you’ll love any sets of our full French experience. The curated bundles offer a mix of our best sellers and amazing treats to offer an exquisite first encounter to the world of French treats. It’s usually how our first-time customers experience Noemie’s Pantry! However, if you’d like our personal advice, you can always email us. We’d love to help you find your next favorite treats.

Wait! My products are past their best-by dates!

We take best-by dates seriously, but just remember the French are a little backwards, so your products’ expiration dates are Date/Month/Year. For example, our Sea Salt Galettes are noted 02-08-18, so their best-by date is August 2nd, 2018, not February :) We know, it’s a little tricky!

How does the sale section work?

We pride ourselves on not shipping old products, yet do not like to waste food. As we get closer to expiration dates, we will, from time to time, discount certain products with approaching best-by dates. This is why occasionally, you may find your favorite in the sale section. These items are still good to enjoy a few weeks past their best-by date, and they’ll be available at a sweeter price.

Do you ship chocolate to warm regions?

While we stop shipping chocolate cookies in the summer, we do ship chocolate the rest of the time everywhere. We do our best to prevent chocolate from melting, but unfortunately, we have no control over the ambient temperature while in transit. If you suspect that the chocolate may have melted, please place your cookies in the fridge for an hour before enjoying them!

Where do you ship?

We ship all over the continental USA and Canada.

I put the wrong address. How can I fix it?

Please email us right away to change your address. We will do everything we can to change it, but we usually ship orders very quickly and it may be too late! Refunds for the product cost and shipping cost are not refundable for undelivered packages due to non-existent addresses or marked undeliverable. If the package is returned to us, we may be able to ship your package again for an additional fee.

I would like to send a gift to a friend or family member. Can you write a note for me?

We would be happy to! In fact, we write many get well notes, birthday cards, etc. and we love that you chose us for your gift. On the cart page, right before checkout, you will find a blank input box where you will be able to leave a message.
