My husband insisted we order two bottles so that we never run out of this amazing Truffle Oil. It's become a staple in our kitchen. It would also make a cute addition to a hostess gift basket or housewarming gift for anyone who cooks at home.
We added a little to some steamed cauliflower and mashed potatoes. Amazing! We can't wait to try it with pasta to give it a nice warm flavor. The perfect addition to a dish when using a truffle infused oil makes more sense than truffle salt. It will definitely be a staple in our kitchen
I tried this oil out of curiosity - and it is incomparable with the ones in our grocery stores. Loved its tangy, lemony, light flavor, and how it perfected the taste of my everyday salads. It's not a big bottle, but it's true that just a few drops are enough. Certainly worth it. A real treat when hosting friends, too.
