Buckwheat became popular in France after the 12th century Crusades. In Asia, the Crusaders found widespread fields of pink flowers, which contain buckwheat, and brought back the plant to Europe. Production of buckwheat was limited until farmers found the perfect soil to grow in the land of Brittany, Ever since then buckwheat has been a French staple!

This flour will allow you to make savory crepes right at home. It will give you excellent results – and it is easy to use.
