This is for the hot chocolate lover in your life! Poulain Grand Arôme tastes like a luxurious, old-fashioned hot chocolate. All you have to do is add some milk to reveal the full chocolate flavor from a recipe invented in 1904. This exquisite drink will be the perfect treat for a chilly winter afternoon spent relaxing at home.
We chose Poulain for its delicious aroma and long-standing tradition as a chocolate company. While chocolate was originally popular as a pharmaceutical product, Poulain was the first French company to introduce chocolate as a delicious sweet eaten for enjoyment. Their popular advertising campaigns in the late 19th century helped to spread delicious chocolate to millions of French gourmands.
Instructions: Add 2 tablespoons of hot chocolate mix in a mug. Warm one cup of milk (just shy of a cup) to the desired temperature. I recommend using 1 or 2% milk for the best result. Once the milk is warm, slowly pour it over the chocolate while stirring. If you're feeling very fancy, you can even add whipped cream and sprinkle hot chocolate powder over it. Enjoy!
Size: 250g (8.8 oz)
I loved this hot chocolate - it is rich, smooth, and has a wonderful flavor. It's a real treat, especially now, when it's cold and snowy outside. This is the real thing compared to the chocolate available in the grocery stores.
This hot chocolate is wonderful, with deep flavor and aroma. I dislike most American hot chocolate as it is too sickly sweet. This is perfect, high quality, and reminds me of my childhood.
